Who is responsible for your data

Perle Glacée is the controller of the personal data collected on perleglacee.com. You can reach us at contact@perleglacee.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you send us yourself through the contact form, namely your email address and your message. We use it solely to answer you, and we never sell or share it for marketing.

Lawful basis

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, we rely on your consent, given by ticking the box on the contact form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Service providers

Messages sent through the form are stored in a private spreadsheet hosted by Google. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which passes your IP address to Google when a page is displayed. Some of these providers may process data outside the United Kingdom; where they do, they rely on the safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The pocket comparator runs entirely in your browser and never sends the measurements you enter.

How long we keep it

Contact form data is kept only for as long as it takes to deal with your message, then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email contact@perleglacee.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) through its website, ico.org.uk.
